Study's have shown that different dog breeds, do in fact, have different brain anatomy. One study has found that their relationship with humans has greatly affected their differences, as well as other factors such as size, weight, breed. For example, larger dogs that were bred for hunting, have shown differences in their brain related to coordination and spatial navigation.
