During war times in the 1940s, shuffleboard provided a sense of release from the stresses soldiers were faced with. Although different kind stress is definitely prevalent today, so why not try the same relief strategy? Shuffleboard is a game filled with fun yet not overly tense as today’s electronic games can be!

Players simply push metal-and-plastic weighted pucks down a long and smooth wooden table into the scoring area at the opposite end of the table. Sounds easy enough, fun, and relaxing, too!
