In 1917 the Radio Flyer Company was born and in 1930 the first Radio Flyer wagon was created. “Intended for every boy and girl”, this wagon sold back then for $3 each! While the red wagon is the most iconic toy in American history, it was soon followed by scooters, tricycles, bicycles, horses, and other ride-on toys.
