Trick-or-treat in a whole new way this Halloween.


Target is throwing a huge trick-or-treat party in celebration of Halloween this year. On Oct. 31, head to a participating Target in costume or not and participate in this fun event where they’ll be giving out free special treats. The event runs from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
