Halloween is just around the corner and IHOP wants to help you celebrate with free food for the kids! On Friday, October 31st, from 7:00 am – 10:00pm, all of your children under 12 years of age will receive a FREE Scary Face Pancake from IHOP! A buttermilk pancake, whipped with a strawberry nose, Oreos eyes, and candy corn teeth, is the perfect meal to get your trick-or-treating started!
