McDonald’s is doing its part to support healthcare workers, first responders, seniors, and children.

Many locations are offering free breakfasts and lunches to children who are now out of school, offering free drive-thru meals to older people who might be in need, and free coffee to first responders and healthcare workers. They are also allowing their parking lots to be used for medical purposes

For Healthcare and first responders, those who appear in uniform or present valid IDs will receive a small coffee and Egg McMuffin during breakfast hours, which last until 10:30 a.m., at 700 participating restaurants.
