Every three minutes, a child is born with a cleft palate. They are often unable to speak, eat, socialize or even smile. Operation Smile is a dedicated organization which helps children with cleft all over the world. Their mission is to restore the gift of smile by giving health evaluations and free surgeries. You can help their advocacy by liking them on Facebook and joining their ‘Smile and Share It’ program.
