How to Thaw Meat Quickly

When you don’t have enough time to let meat thaw slowly in the fridge, you can try a shortcut for thawing meat quickly. Just place the meat, still wrapped, in a big bowl. Under gentle running water, leave the bowl with the meat for no more than 30 minutes. This will quickly thaw the meat. Just don’t forget to sanitize the sink after removing the meat to avoid contamination. Go ahead and give it a try!
