How To Make Honey Last

Honey has the tendency to crystalize and become hard when
stored for a long period of time. The good news is that even though the honey
has turned into a lumpy mess, it is still perfectly safe to eat! No need to
throw that bottle of sweet golden goodness in the trash. Here’s a simple trick
that will dissolve crystallization and revive your honey back its luscious and
sticky state.
To revive crystallized honey, place the container in a bowl
of hot water for five to 10 minutes until the honey is smooth and runny. You
can also microwave the container without the lid in 30-second intervals to
speed up the process. And finally, store the honey in a cool and dry place to
avoid crystals from forming again!
