How to Prevent Cake From Sticking to The Pan

One common problem that occurs while baking cakes is the
bottom of the cake gets stuck to the pan – resulting in a crumbly mess.

One solution to this baking problem is to line the bottom of
your pan with aluminum foil. All you have to do is line the pan with foil,
leaving extra foil over the sides so you can use them as ‘flaps’ to lift the
cake out of the pan. Be sure to add a little oil or cooking spray to the foil
before you add the batter. Then all you have to do is bake, let it cool then
easily lift the cake out of the pan using the foil! This technique works for
cakes, brownies and other delicious pastries!
