How to Remove Red Wine Stains From Your Carpet

Spilling red wine on your carpet, especially if it’s a light
color, can be disastrous. But you don’t need to buy expensive carpet cleaners
to deal with those stains. In fact, there are plenty of common household
products you can use to get rid of red wine stains, for example, foaming
shaving cream.

Apply a good amount of foaming shaving cream on the stain. Then,
take the curved side of a spoon and really work the shaving cream into the
stain. Let it sit for a few minutes. Then use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe up
the foam, you can also scrub if you feel it’s necessary. Finally, let your
carpet dry and the stain should disappear before your eyes!
