7-year-old Donates Savings to Vandalized Mosque. What a heart of GOLD!

Everyone is on edge after the tragic events in Paris only a few days ago, and tensions are high in communities all over the world. An Islamic Center in Pflugerville, Texas is feeling the animosity stemming from the events in France. The mosque was recently vandalized - with torn up pages of the Qur'an and waste littering the front of the establishment. There's clearly a lot of misdirected and unfair sentiment going around, and the mosque is bearing the brunt of it.
One 7-year-old boy, however, made a decision that truly showcases what it means to be not just a member of the faithful community, but a compassionate, kind-hearted human being as well. He donated the contents of his piggy bank, $20, and offered it up to the Islamic Center to help. Such a gesture was not lost on one of the mosque's board members, who was touched by the boy's generosity.
