The Long
family already had one, healthy son when they welcomed Cayden into the world.
Unfortunately, Cayden was born with Cerebral Palsy, and the doctor told the family
to put him in a nursing home. However, the Long family refused to give up on
Cayden that easily.

Cayden’s
older brother, Conner, has looked out for Cayden his entire life. The boys are
close in age, and they are the best of friends! Cayden watched Conner from the
sidelines for the majority of his life until Conner decided to race in triathlons
with his brother.
