Charlie was a homeless dog that was found near the freeway in L.A. He was barely alive and his matted fur was covered with burrs. He was taken to a high kill shelter where he would have been killed within a week. 

Fortunately, the Pet Collective stepped in to help. They trimmed his fur and washed his body. You can tell he's about 100% happier now. Two days later, he was adopted.
