So if you're like us and feel like a zombie in the morning, chances are you're stumbling into the kitchen to brew yourself a pot of coffee just to wake you up. But what if we told you that you've probably been drinking coffee wrong this whole time? The folks over at Asap SCIENCE share with us some vital information regarding those coffee habits. 

Turns out that our body has a built-in wake-up call, and that for a certain period of time during the day, we don't actually need coffee to wake up.
