CAUGHT ON TAPE: Judge Orders Deputy To Stun Defendant

During this video, you will see a judge cross a line in regards to discipline. The judge featured in this video, Robert Nalley, ordered a deputy to use a taser on a defendant when he would not stop talking. You can hear him say, "Do it! Use it!". Now the judge is being disciplined. 

Robert Nalley plead guilty to a civil rights misdemeanor and has been ordered to take anger management classes.
