It's springtime, and that means some of our favorite fruits and vegetables are going to be back in season! It's time to take the blender out of storage and whip up some delicious and detoxifying smoothies to help us get healthy and in shape in time for summer!
Our favorite DIY Youtuber, The Domestic Geek, shows us five of her favorite breakfast smoothies and judging by the looks of them, they don't just taste good, but they are good for you, too! She recommends freezing your ingredients ahead of time and putting them into individual bags, because this will not only save you time in the morning, but you can also avoid watering down your smoothies with ice! A smart tip!
