While most parents are scrambling last minute to put together their kid's Halloween costume...this father was one step ahead of the pack! 

The father of a little boy named Carter went above and beyond the creativity spectrum for his son's costume. 

Carter has spina bifida. This is a birth defect in which the backbone and spinal canal do not close before birth and causes paralysis of the legs. Due to this disease, Carter has been confined to a wheelchair. 

So what does his father do? Build Carter a costume AROUND the chair!
