Thanks to YouTuber, TipsyBartender, we now have a super fun, creative, and delicious drink to serve up at our St. Paddy's Day parties! All you need is Guinness Stout, Vanilla Ice Cream, Whipped Cream, Caramel Syrup, Sprinkles.
