How To Make Lucky Charms Ice Cream Cake!

The ingredients you need are: 

1 1/2 cups of white chocolate chips

2 ounces of butter

4 cups of Lucky Charms

1 1/4 cups of marshmallows

1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream

9-inch pan

Parchment Paper

Recipe: 

1. To make the white chocolate bark, combine the 1 1/2 cups of white chocolate chips and 1 1/2 ounces of butter in a bowl.
2. Microwave for 30 seconds.
3. On the parchment paper, scoop out the chocolate chips and butter mixture. Spread into a thin circle. 
4. Spread 1 1/2 Lucky Charms on top of the white chocolate chips and butter.
5. Freeze for 20 minutes.
6. To make the bottom of the cake (the Lucky Charms Treat Crust), combine 1.25 cups of marshmallows and 1/2 ounce of butter in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. 
7. Add 2 1/2 cups of Lucky Charms and stir. 
8. Place this mixture in a 9-inch pan. 
9. Add 1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream on top of the Lucky Charms Treat Crust. 
10. Get the white chocolate bark from the freezer and break it up into pieces. 
11. Scatter the pieces on top of the rest of the cake.
12. Freeze for 20 minutes. 
13. Serve and Enjoy!
