Melvin Amrine was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in 2011. For his wife, it has been especially hard to deal with. One day, Melvin's wife called the police because she thought her husband had gone missing. When police found Melvin on the road, it was clear that he was on a mission. The officers asked him what he was doing and he said he was on his way to buy his wife flowers. Every year since their first child was born, Melvin had bought his wife flowers and this year was going to be no exception.
