I Have Tears in My Eyes After Watching this Story

I was so incredibly touched by this story, I felt that I had to share. Kayleigh Freeman was born premature and weighed only one pound at birth. 

She fought and struggled so much to stay alive, eventually having to undergo open heart surgery. I can't even begin to imagine the strength that Kayleigh and her parent's possessed after being put through so many hardships. 

Regretfully, I hate to report that since the video has been created, Kayleigh has passed away. However, I did want to share this incredibly touching story and spread hope that with the simple fact that Kayleigh was able to make it for as long as she did is proof that miracles can happen.
