Kristen and Ian Miller had just celebrated their first wedding anniversary when they found out they were pregnant with twins. 

One day while sitting in church, Kristen started to feel contractions. She was only 22 weeks pregnant. At 24 weeks old, doctors say that a baby can survive prematurely outside of the womb. 

Doctors decided to do a delayed interval delivery with Kristen. This is where the twins are born at different times. Micah was born nearly 4 months before his due date. Five weeks later, Madeline decided that she was ready to come into the world.
