At a local traffic stop, a dashcam captures a policeman standing at one unlucky car's driver-side window, more than likely handing out a ticket. 

Well, it can't be said for sure, but it looks like one tiny bystander is not going to let the cop ruin someone's day without a fight! 

The adorable black kitty lingers over to the ticket-dwelling officer and causes quite a distraction! Crawling all over the man in uniform, I don't know how he was able to keep a straight face! I know I sure wouldn't have!
