On November 10th, 2015, a woman driving a stolen vehicle rams into a police officer and his patrol car. Once the SUV was surrounded, the driver popped out of the sun roof and yelled. "I'm God, B****. Welcome to hell". The officer's body camera was able to capture the whole incident on tape.
