Description

The dispatcher receives a call late one night, and initially believes it's a prank when the woman on the other end begins placing her order for a pizza.

When he asks her if she is aware that she has dialed 911 and she confirms with a simple "yes," the dispatcher begins to realize what is going on.

The woman had been beaten by her boyfriend and was trying to call for help without tipping off to her boyfriend that she was actually calling the police. 

The woman and dispatcher continue the secret conversation, ultimately exchanging enough information to send emergency help to the woman's house.
