Ryan had just gotten laid off from his job and he was pretty down in the dumps about it. However, his wife had a present for him that would instantly change his mood. 

She handed him a present and, with a little help from the dog, opened it to find some baby clothes. She was pregnant! His reaction is great! They ended up having a baby boy and they are doing great.
