Dancing since she was a little girl, 19-year-old Mikayla Holmgen inspires us all when she gets on the stage. 

Born with down syndrome, Mikayla has grown up with a lot working against her. But, being the confident and strong woman that she is, Mikayla has not let this disability stand in her way!

Not only has she choreographed many of her own dances, Mikayla continuously walks away from competitions with countless awards!
