Columbian doctors are in awe when a 10-month baby was brought to them for answers. Juanita Valentina Hernandez was born a healthy 6-pound baby, but has since been rapidly growing. Today, she weighs nearly 44 pounds and is considered the most obese baby in the world.

At a time when baby's should be learning to walk, Juanita weighs the same amount as a healthy 5-year-old and is at risk for plenty of diseases. No one has been able to determine the reason for her rapid weight gain but family remains hopeful.
