An injured baby fox was stranded and left for dead until Beau Oimette and his wife heard its cries in a field. Dehydrated and bleeding from the neck, they needed to—and did—react quickly to save it. Note: If you come across an animal in the wild, call a professional. Do not try and rescue them yourself. Beau's wife is a veterinarian and they had both been vaccinated against rabies.
