Bet You Didn’t Know You COULDN’T Drown Fire Ants! Here’s WHY!

Description

I can't imagine how somebody discovered this, but this useless information just might be the coolest thing I've learned all day!

Watch what happens when this very bored person attempts to drown fire ants. Assuming he didn't have a can of Raid near by, he takes a group of fires ants bunched together and places them atop of water. When you see what happens next, you'll be stunned!

Turns out, the fire ants link their legs together to create a floating raft, supported by the surface tension of the water. Since these stingers are most common in forests, they've developed this survival strategy to survive forest floods. What you don't see in this video is the Queen ant atop the raft, where she usually abides to stay safe and dry. How cool is that?!
