Starbucks Manager FLIPS OUT on a Customer! SO RUDE!

We're not sure what this poor woman did to deserve it, but nevertheless, the way this Starbucks manager handles herself is awful!

Can you imagine going to get a cup of coffee and being forced to put up with this? 

We understand that everyone has bad days, but come on! Anyone that works in the service industry will tell you that staying calm no matter what is the first thing you learn.
