In an effort to raise money for the treatment of their mother's rare form of cancer, sisters Hannah and Terri Cliffe decided to launch the 'Mend Our Mum' campaign.

With over 250 hours of filming and the entire village of Audlem in England working together; the girls were able to create a version of "Amazing Grace" that they hope will go viral and aid in the fundraising efforts for their mother's cause. 

Watching the entire community come together in support of one woman is truly amazing. Even more heart warming is the effort and dedication put in by the two sisters, an act that brought tears to my eyes.
