There’s nothing more exciting than the introduction of a new member of the family and this dog is literally jumping with joy! Dad places newborn baby, Isabelle, on the bed for a rest but she’s just a little too high for puppy, Billy, to see. 

Watch as he continuously tries to take a good look at his new sister but fails every time! Billy’s persistency and determination is much appreciated- maybe even a bit more comedic! It’s hard not to laugh.
