These brothers have a VERY special bond. I was in tears by the end!

Blood is thicker than water...and sweat. 

6 year-old Cayden Green has cerebral palsy, which has debilitated him and prevented him from living a normal life. 

His 8 year-old brother Conner does triathalons and doesn't want his brother to feel left out. So what does he do? He takes his brother with him. 

Conner won't do a triathalon without his brother. He takes him with him whenever he does one. What an amazing brother. 

Even though he finishes last, he found a way to connect with his brother on a personal level. What an amazing bond that they share!
