On Christmas Eve in Reno, NV a golden retriever was running
on a frozen river when she unfortunately fell through thin ice. With her owners
nowhere to be found she was stuck and couldn’t get herself out. She was faced
with certain death until two people found her. This brave man and woman stepped
in and formed a human chain, crawling out onto the thin ice, risking their own
lives in the process. Miraculously the dog was saved and recovered from this
tragic event. If it weren’t the bravery of that man and woman risking their
life for an animal in need, this golden retriever would never have been
