This couple have been trying for a year and a half to have a baby and they were finally successful! They decided to surprise mom with the news that she was about to become a grandma. 

They decided the best way to do it was to get her a cake with the official announcement on it. As soon as she read it, she burst into tears. What a beautiful thing to happen for their family.
