The tragic and horrible recent Isla Vista shooting left people grieving with a lot of questions. Out of tragedy, though, can come inspirational unity. This Pacific Ocean tribute the UC Santa Barbara students lost in this terrible event is astounding. Mourners hold hands in a wide ring and throw flowers into the water to commemorate the lives of the recently lost.
