As the city sleeps early on Saturday morning, Arnold Harvey is strolling the streets of Maryland, delivering "love bags" to the homeless citizens of the area. These bags are filled with food, toiletries and blankets that he and his wife put together all on their own. 

After seven years, his selfless efforts are finally being recognized! Arnold has even created his very own non-profit, providing donated food and supplies to 5,000 families a month!
