Watch this incredibly heartwarming footage of Cooper, a boy diagnosed as "profoundly deaf," hearing his mom's voice for the first time. 

In this video we see Cooper after he has received two cochlear implants which allowed him regain most of his hearing. The most amazing part is when Cooper finally hears his mother's voice and he gasps with happiness. 

This video was so touching! It makes me realize how much I take something I don't even think twice about (hearing) for granted. It was such an unbelievable and gracious moment for Cooper to hear his mom talking, I can't help but smile when I watch it!
