Daniel, a very special 5-year-old boy diagnosed with autism, has a love for big trucks - particularly garbage trucks! 

In this video, Daniel enthusiastically runs down his driveway as the truck arrives, waving his hands around in excitement. As the trash truck is about to leave, the driver calls out to Daniel's mother from the window, "can I give him a present?" 

After receiving the go ahead, Manuel Sanchez climbs out of his truck and brings Daniel a toy garbage truck! The boy is speechless while the mother is overcome with emotions! 

Manual made this simple gesture out of the kindness of his heart! I was literally in tears after watching this touching moment.
