During the holidays, we love hearing about stories of triumph and joy. This story, featured on CBS reality show Undercover Boss, is a triumphant one, but it's also heartbreaking and incredibly moving. The story revolves around the CEO of a sporting goods store disguising himself as a new employee. He comes in and gets trained by Angel, a longtime employee of the company who he later finds out is a struggling mother with a heartbreaking story. But what truly impresses him is Angel's spirit, resilience and optimism that despite all of the hardships she's been through, things can always get better if you persevere. What an inspiring woman! She sure inspired the CEO! Her story brought us to tears!
