What Happened on This Windy Day Will BLOW YOU AWAY!

Description

In was a windy day in Norway as storm Ivar was passing
through. People were downtown shopping for Christmas while the storm hit and
were having a really hard time getting around. Someone set up their camera and
watched and people were literally blown backward across the street from the
powerful winds.

Most people were laughing as they tried to cross the street
but some people needed help. Finally the authorities had to intervene and
assist people across the street safely.
