Your Golden Globes Streaming Guide: Where to Watch This Year’s Biggest Nominees

The Golden Globes ceremony is almost here, which means you’ve got one last chance to catch up on the year’s most talked-about shows and films. The 83rd Golden Globes air Sunday, January 11 on CBS and Paramount+, celebrating the best in film and TV. 

Good news? Most of the major nominees are already streaming without any extra fees or add-on subscriptions. Here’s your guide to watching the contenders before the big night.




Netflix Leads the Pack 🧟


Netflix absolutely dominated this year with 35 nominations across film and television



Guillermo del Toro’s gothic reimagining of Mary Shelley’s classic Frankenstein leads Netflix’s film slate with five nominations including Best Picture – Drama, Best Director, and acting nods for Oscar Isaac and Jacob Elordi. 

The Emmy-winning Adolescence about a family’s teenage son being accused of murder, earned five Golden Globe nominations including Best Television Limited Series. The gripping drama features stellar performances from its four nominated stars.



The action-packed KPop Demon Hunters picked up three nominations including Best Animated Motion Picture and one for the hit song “Golden”. ✨

Netflix’s TV award-nominated lineup includes Nobody Wants This (nominated for Best Television Series – Musical/Comedy with a nod for Kristen Bell), The Diplomat (Keri Russell nominated), The Beast in Me (Claire Danes and Matthew Rhys nominated), and Black Mirror (Rashida Jones nominated).




HBO Max Brings the Drama – and Some Good Laughs 🪷




The White Lotus Season 3 landed six nominations (the most of any TV show) and all three seasons are streaming now. The ensemble drama racked up nods for the show itself plus acting nominations for five of its stars. 

The visually stunning Sinners, Ryan Coogler’s vampire thriller starring Michael B. Jordan, picked up seven nominations including Best Picture – Drama. 



Paul Thomas Anderson’s action-packed dramedy One Battle After Another leads all films with nine nominations, including Best Picture – Musical/Comedy, Best Director, and Best Actor for Leonardo DiCaprio. 💥

Hacks, the sharp comedy starring nominee Jean Smart, is also nominated for Best Television Series – Musical/Comedy. 

The critically acclaimed The Pitt, starring Noah Wyle, also earned a nomination for Best Television Series – Drama. The full first season is streaming now and season two just premiered.




The Comedy Contenders on Hulu 🏢




Hulu is home to some of the year’s most beloved comedies. Only Murders in the Building earned four nominations including Best Television Series – Musical/Comedy, with acting nods for Selena Gomez, Steve Martin, and Martin Short. All four seasons are streaming now.

The Bear, widely considered a drama, continues its awards season streak with nominations for Best Television Series – Musical/Comedy and acting nods for Ayo Edebiri and Jeremy Allen White. All four seasons are streaming. 🐻

Dying for Sex, distributed via FX on Hulu, picked up nominations including one for Michelle Williams’ performance in the limited series category.




Apple TV+’s Prestige Plays 🛗




The mind-bending workplace thriller Severance earned four nominations including Best Television Series – Drama and acting nods for Adam Scott and Britt Lower. 

Pluribus, the dystopian drama from Vince Gilligan, is nominated for Best Television Series – Drama alongside Rhea Seehorn’s nomination for Best Actress. 🙂

Slow Horses, starring Gary Oldman (who’s nominated for Best Actor), also earned a nomination for Best Television Series – Drama. All are available on Apple TV+.




Disney’s Nominations Are Out of This World 🪐




Disney+ has two notable nominees this year. Andor earned Diego Luna a nomination for Best Performance by a Male Actor in a Television Series – Drama. Both seasons are available.

Pixar’s Elio is nominated for Best Animated Motion Picture. The sci-fi adventure about an 11-year-old who accidentally becomes Earth’s ambassador to aliens is streaming on Disney+ now. Zootopia 2 is also nominated but currently remains in theaters. 🛸




Nominees Coming Soon to Streaming 🩷💚




Some major nominees aren’t available to stream yet. Wicked: For Good earned five nominations including acting nods for Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande. It’s available for digital rental or purchase now.

Other theatrical nominees still making their way through release windows include Marty Supreme, Hamnet, and Sentimental Value—all nominated in major categories but not yet available on streaming platforms without rental fees.
