Just over a year ago, Eldad Hagar of Hope For Paws rescued Miley, a beautiful puppy Husky who was living in horrible conditions at a local garbage dump. Badly wounded and malnourished, Eldad took the poor dog in. 

Soon after, Eldad discovered Frankie, a Chihuahua living under a busy highway in a drainpipe. Eldad also took this dog under his care.

Both having been through incredibly hard times, Miley and Frankie established an immediate bond. The two became best friends, giving each other the strength and comfort to push through.
