Ben Utecht is a former NFL player, but at only 33 years old, he os already suffering from memory loss as a result of experiencing so many concussions during is football career.

These initial bouts of memory loss have prompted Ben to write a love letter of sorts to his wife and 3 daughters letting them know how much he loves them.
